Box styles, in plain terms
Tuck-end box
The standard folding carton. Flaps tuck in at top and bottom, flat-packed and assembled by hand.
Sleeve
Slides over a tray or another box. The cheapest way to change branding without changing the box.
Rigid box
The solid, non-collapsing gift box, made from thick greyboard wrapped in printed paper.
Mailer box
Corrugated with a hinged lid, designed to survive a courier.
Every order needs a die-line
A die-line is a flat template showing where the board is cut, creased and glued. We can supply it for a standard size and your designer places the artwork onto it.
