Design the inside, not just the
cover
A presentation folder is more than a printed cover. The pockets, card slot and spine decide how well it holds your documents, so plan them around what goes inside.
Controls how securely loose sheets are held.
Give the recipient a clear contact point.
Choose around the thickness of the content inside.
Artwork has to work after cutting, folding and gluing
A folder is printed flat, then cut, folded and glued, so your artwork has to sit correctly on the fold, pockets and card slot. We send the dieline and check your file before printing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Count one per serious conversation rather than one per visitor. Most exhibitors over-order folders and under-order business cards.
Yes. Custom shapes, pocket styles and card slots are made with a cutting die, which is a one-off cost on the first order. Reorders of the same shape reuse the die, so they cost less.
A standard A4 folder with a 3 to 5 mm spine holds around 20 to 30 sheets. For tender documents or thicker packs, choose a wider spine and tell us roughly how many pages will go inside.
